How To Place Wholesale Bulk Orders + MOQ
You can place your orders by selecting all your designs to be your own custom shapes, all from our Ready-To-Go Designs or a mix of both.
Before we start cutting any order, we require two things. Your approved samples sent back* (unless you ordered two sets) & your custom logo that we use to brand the inside back of each article. Read how to send over your custom branding
Be sure to check our Delivery page & follow the instruction on how to send samples back to us. If you prefer, we can pick up using our account.
*You can order two sample sets, one that remains in our office & one that is sent to you. We only charge one time our wholesale price for the second set. Read more about sample sets

Fill in our Dummy Order Form to verify that your amounts placed match our MOQ. We then assist you in adjusting the totals & investment required.

Fill in our Bulk Order Form if you’re sure of the exact units you will place in what fabrics, colours &/or prints. We will then send you an invoice.

- We never add surcharges
- Your order will arrive layered in codes, colours & sizes, ready to sell.
MOQ – Minimum Order Quantities
We offer a low MOQ of 300 units or 150 bikini sets, 30 per style and 3 per size & colour.
For example, ten designs across several colours &/or prints in 3 or 4 sizes.
Note that our invoice for 300 pieces or 150 bikini sets only buys you 200 units or 100 sets from any other Bali Swim producer.
Note. It’s quite normal for buyers to request assistance in compiling orders.
