Top Up’s & Re-orders

As soon as your first order lands & you’re up & running, don’t think you can wait till all or most of the stock has been sold before you get started on your second order. This is a very common mistake & often results in your website or store have ing lines, colours or sizes sold out. Once you see the flow of sales & what your customer base is ordering more off, then that’s the time to start formulating the next order.

Plan of action

After a month or so, take note of what’s selling in what style, colour & size. Calculate the time taken to sell & work out how long you want your stock to last. Bear in mind that sales often start slow & build momentum as your customer base & social media grows. Then, start by filling in a Dummy Bulk Order form to see your total unit & costs. If you ordered any custom branded accessories, consider the amount ordered, the amount used & how many more you’ll need for your next order. The same applies to imported fabrics in plain or print.

It’s sod law that says what you thought would sell often does not & what you thought would not be so hot, often is, making your second order just as or even more important than your first.

We often notice brand owners get themselves sorted out much better from their second to & following orders. If luck runs or you know your market, they could be your first choices are all winners & all you need do is top them up. Think time & plan & get back to us as soon as you have an idea of what & when you will place & we will do all to get the second & subsequent orders lout as fats as possible, most commonly much faster than the first
