We must keep in mind the time required to produce & import heat presses, custom branded accessories & any plain or printed fabrics.
MOQ
We offer a low MOQ of 300 units or 150 bikini sets, 30 per style and 3 per size & colour.
For example, ten designs across several colours &/or prints in 3 or 4 sizes.

Sampling
When requesting samples using in-stock fabrics & colours, allow four weeks to be ready for dispatch.
When requesting samples made from fabrics to be imported, either plain or printed fabrics, then allow six weeks for samples to be ready for dispatch.
Production
The Golden Rule – Planning!
“Plan in advance any requests for custom branded accessories, heat press Logos, and plain or printed fabrics to be imported. Production orders can’t start without your Heat Press logo & layout, making this a huge priority.”
As they say, planning is everything. As time moves along & you’re into your second & third orders, planning will become key to your success. Brands often send us a dummy bulk order form before their actual bulk order, giving us time to calculate anything that needs importing, saving us a good 2 or 3 weeks in the production timeline.
Even orders are being readied for dispatch on average, four weeks from accessories & fabrics in our hands doesn’t mean we require eight weeks from your actual PO; in fact, it’s more like six weeks as whilst we are handling custom branding & imports of fabric, we are preparing your patterns ready to cut & sew.
Communications are also key to your success, so get in touch as soon as you know you’re going to place your production order.
Heat Press & Custom branded accessories
We produce your custom branding using overseas vendors who supply such brands as Lululemon & Frankies Bikinis, due to quality being far superior to anything available in Bali
Bio-Degradable bags & Hygienic liners No MOQ
Heat press, cotton bags, 300 per order.
Metal Hardware & Zip Lock Bags, 1,000 per item.

Plain Colour Fabrics
American Plain Colours
We dye American fabrics in China in any colour not in our stock.
MOQ 280m or four rolls per colour.
Time Line – 4 weeks from PO to landing in Bali.
Italian Plain Colours
We purchase plain fabrics from Carvico roll based.
MOQ 1 roll or 70m per colour.
Time Line – 4 to 8 weeks from PO to landing in Bali.
Printed Fabrics
Digital Print overseas
We print almost 100% of our customer’s motifs digitally using REPREVE™ from the US, a superior quality recycled fabric super soft to the touch.
MOQ 1 roll or 70m per print.
Time Line – 4 weeks from PO to landing in Bali.
Sublimation Print in Bali
If you’re short on time or want to see a quick strike-off, then we print via sublimation in Bali using Vita PL, the polyester version of Vita, not so soft or stretchy as REPREVE™.
MOQ one meter.
Time Line – 2 to 4 days.
